how responsible are we humans for this gender imbalance? is it that we humans have decided to create this 'female foeticide'?

if "female foeticide is prevalent in many cultures," which cultures would those be? what is the rationale for it?

I have seen in some societies or culture a girl is forced to marry under the pressure of her relatives . It is very saddening for the girld who could have done alot to improve their lifestyle or their carrier

It is a choice for every individual to decide. If they want to get married then go for it for love but if they remain single it is also up to the person.
