Error, contact support

Yesterday it happened in 3 or 4 comments but today it is happening with more frequency, when I try to make a comment I receive this message: "Error: Error: error If this keeps occurring, contact support." Am I doing something wrong? Or has it to do with our internet connection? Is this happening to anyone else?

This is sometimes a fault to do with the myLot server but very often it's more likely to be due to a slow or noisy connection at your end. Usually it sorts itself out within an hour or so, so it's really not worth contacting @myLotBugs about it.

maybe it is a current bug but it has not happened to me today. If it keeps happening, try to refresh the page. Otherwise try to contact support. I hope it does not happen again today! :/

It keeps happening today, It could be the server but also our internet connection.i have just had problems to post this comment.

@nela13 I guess that is the answer then. I wonder does that "error, contact support" notification shows up in red color? It has happened to me before but it is in red color, and it was indeed my internet connection, which was annoying!

@nela13 No you are not doing anything wrong. I got those too. I have an idea. If you are using a computer then turn it off and turn it back on and see if that helps.

Restart the computer? Usually I use iPad, I think It Is a mix of Mylot server and our internet connection.

@myklj999 Although it can often be a server error, the same message can appear if your connection is slow or jittery for some reason.
