Happy Valentine`s day to everyone. Since this day was set aside for lovers I would love to ask, what do you women get the men in your life?
I see ads for ladies jewelry, flowers, stuffed animals and boxes of chocolates but I never see the guys with gifts.
When I was married I always baked him a cake, his favorite was chocolate, and usually made a nice dinner with his favorites.
Do you have plans today?

We're going out to a movie and dinner today, and I agreed to go see a movie he would like also instead of the one I favored. He did get me flowers, and I didn't reciprocate. But I agree with you that it's not just men who should show love on this day.

I bought my husband a watch that he coveted last year and a watch winder for that same watch, yesterday. I can keep mine in it, too. My husband doesn't want or need gifts, and has asked me not to get him any.

Hubby has to work all day, and I will be in bed by the time he gets home, so....just me and the kids. Maybe we will watch a movie. (Doubtful. They like to do their own thing. Hanging around with mom ain't cool anymore,lol.)
