I try to have a pen and notebook with me at all times in case inspiration strikes. Unfortunately, I also have a lot of handbags that I'm always swapping around, so more often than not I find myself pen and paperless. In the New Year I'm going to make sure I have a separate notebook and pen for each bag!

I do. You never know when you may need it. Since I joined myLot and gather.com I carry a notepad in my purse as well, in case I come up with any ideas for discussions or articles while I'm out about the town or on vacation traveling. I whip out my pen and notepad and jot down my ideas. The older you get it helps to write things down as well because you're short term memory starts going.
