When I cook I sometimes change things in the recipe. Sometimes its ingrediants and sometimes its the measurements of things. Usually it works out fine. Do you change things in recipes or do you stick to what's in the book?

emilieespino I do the same, like I suggested one or two ingredients if I don't have the ones listed. Or I compare two or three kinds of recipes and choose which one I think is better. Or else I try again with some variations till I get the best result.

emilieespino I think cremation is getting popular nowadays and it is more 'sanitary'. We have a family plot in a cemetery and it would be nice if most if not all of us brothers and sisters could agree on our ashes buried there with our parents.
