Would you believe I am 60 years old and still have all 4 of my wisdom teeth..I am going to get one of them pulled in 2 weeks because it has a cavity and the dentist is going to pull it..Friday I am having a root canel so after that then that one wisdom tooth will get pulled..

I had all of mine removed when i was 16! It was horrible. I had to wear this huge "maxi-pad" looking thing strapped around my face with the ice in it. I was teased so much but the ice really helped!
But at least it heals quickly...And once they are gone they are gone :)

Im 16 and I got 2 out last month and the last two today!! The pain only last t about 2-3 days. It heals in about 5 days. they never gave me that "maxipad looking thing" you speak of. Only gause pads that I stick on the side of my mouth for a day or so to stop the bleeding. It really hurts when you swallow too. i can't wait until I am back to normal... I can actually eat real food then.

I still have all of my wisdom teeth, even though they are partially impacted.

I've had my top two removed. I still have my bottom two.

i had all 4 of mine taken out when i was 18 ( and no i dont miss them at all!)
