What makes you sleep too late?

i think i got insomnia lately. it keeps me on having a trouble in sleeping...I want my sleeping hours to be back in normal again...

Maybe you need to do something that makes you feel mentally tired, like reading, etc. Try to read a book while being laid down in bed, I bet you will feel sleepy after 30 minutes of reading!

@Annpalomo Exactly. I love reading, nonetheless there is no way I read a book while being laid down in bed, cause I would instantly fall asleep LOL.

Sometimes i read for my child , and yet sometimes its effective that it tends me to sleep sleep ahead that her ??

@Annpalomo Maybe you should try to go for a walk during the day so you will feel more tired, or maybe take a bath before you sleep. Also if you wake up in the middle of the night, don't start thinking of things that you need to do or things you did yesterday or this and that, try to feel sleepy, if you start thinking you would not go back to sleep.

I think the weather does it to me .in the winter months i always want to sleep in or sleep longer in the summer when it's pretty im.up and ready to go

Welcome to myLot! I exercise during the day and relax before bed after a warm bath. Usually I fall asleep immediately. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I read or myLot and crawl back into bed.

@Annpalomo My sleeping habits are not good and do not sleep throughout the night. I wake up in the middle and takes me a long time to fall asleep.
