I love dairy and I love to eat cheese a lot.I just like the texture in every bite that I take every time it touches my mouth and my palate. Can cheese make you fat? They said yes because it is dairy but it is good for your bones as it has calcium.I bought two kind of cheese and I show you here in this picture.I already eat the half of the mozzarella but the cheddar is not yet opened.I toast a bread with it and I like how it melts and I bite the toast greedily and enjoy it.I have a cup of coffee this morning with that and make one again in my afternoon.
Tomorrow I will be having the same breakfast what I did today so it will not last for a week since I use it daily now.And I will be laying down now and watch a movie. It is a lady in a water movie and I will see you all tomorrow.Goodnight mylotters.Prayers and love from me.

@WiseGhots The only light cheese are fresh ricotta and cottage cheese, not very tasty, but less fattening.

Anything is fattening if you eat a lot of it. Hope you have a good night.

I'm a big cheese fan, too, though I haven't been able to get much, lately.

A lot depends on what else you eat during the day. If I eat cheese without too many carbs I won't gain but once I add bread or other carbs later then having less fatty cheeses would be better but probably not quite so tasty

Cheese also constipates you.. So you may want to slow down on the cheese or you'll start feeling the consequences.

It is such a great topping for almost any meal. Sometimes I just like eating cheese. That's it. Just cheese.
