Having a bad day? Here's one way to cope - my home-made stress relieving kit! Simply print it out, cut it to size and stick firmly to any hard surface. I'm not suggesting you actually should follow the instructions but I suppose that all depends on how hard a day you've had!

Wow what a kit. I had a friend when growing up that had two parents that were in the Holocaust would head her actual head against the wall. I always wondered why she did it.
