For most of the people in the third world countries, mobile phones are not as old as in the developed countries. Yes we had landlines but the first mobile phone I saw was in 1998 and my dad owned it.
I remember telling mom to bring it so that I can see it and it was an exciting moment. I would 'steal' the phone and call my friends through their parents' phones.
Today things have changed and I think I own more than 5 gadgets.
When did you see or own a mobile phone?

I first had a cellular phone in 1993. It was an old CDMA phone and needed a booster to talk when you drove through the countryside!
