The Youngest Student to Teach Online..."OMG! I really can't?!?

I don't know how can I start this concern. It was really a mindblowing to teach a 19-month-old. OMG to the maximum level! It seems my company's staff are not thinking. How can you teach a baby that cannot say anything? So far, it is a record for the youngest student to teach online. I am sorry to say that I really can't have the class with a baby. I am not a clown! "Are parents need to be ambitious in educating their babies?" "Who should be the one teaching a baby?" "Is parenting becoming virtual now?" Image Credit:cdn.newsapi.com.au

It is dangerous to put such a young toddler in front of a computer. They need a Nanny if they want to teach the kid another language, not a computer.

@florelway Your brother was right and he did the right thing. Some parents want to impose to their too young children their ideas, this is wrong.

Some parents can be unreasonable too, the kids may not need them, only them want it There was a time when a parent (father) ask my brother to teach his little kid to play the piano because my brother teaches piano but he does not teach very small children as he is not into the usual piano lesson, he is more on the practical side where his students can actually put into actual use what they learn. My brother refused and told them he does not think the child is interested and he could barely touch the keyboard with his small hands.

@LadyDuck I agree with you without taking into account the capacity of the child.

I think it is for kids who can speak the English language. For a baby like this, I don't think it is possible. The learning should always start at home.

@amadeo It is really surprising for those people who think it is an unbelievable act. Regardless, it could not be surprising since some individuals have their weirdness.

You said it right. The mother realized it and dropped the call. I can't really think of anything how ambitious she is in this part.

@Shavkat Thanks for that. That is very weird how can someone teach a baby that cannot even speak yet. That is insane.

You said it right. I really cannot help it and call the baby's mom's attention about it. The worst part, the mother cannot speak the English language well. It needs to be translated by me in the Chinese language. The rudeness, she dropped the call without any words.

@Shavkat She is too much. Maybe she thought you are a miracle worker and can get the baby to start talking why she suggested that. I think it is insane.

I called his mom's attention and she dropped the call. Perhaps she had realized that it is not the right time for a baby to learn the English language. I really can't. It is not my cup of tea to do charades online.

I agree that teaching should start at home. Technology and online services have their place, and there are some helpful apps and tools to help babies learn alongside being taught by parents. I don't think an online class is appropriate. One of my children was actually able to speak very well by 19 months (and children can still comprehend even if they can't speak) but I don't think I would have put him on an online course designed for adults.

@Shavkat Well, if she can't speak English and wants her child to speak it then it's OK to ask a pro to help. I have a friend who actually does baby language lessons BUT they are designed for babies.

My little niece is like your child. She can speak well in English. My family and I decided to teach her this language. It really needs to start at home. The irritating part, the mother cannot even speak the language. Then, how can she teach the child? She needs to study the language instead of her child, right?

@pumpkinjam I am not sure if she will love baby language. Since she wanted to expect things that are impossible for her child. I hope she will her way what is really best for the child.

I think it is possible in an actual way. During the class, the baby is moving around. Even the mother cannot make him keep still.

@aureliah Everything is not easy in this world. It is one of the challenges but it can be handled based on what is the best solution for it. With this type of case, I had carried out the best option for the mother to think.

Today some parents are crazy and they are afraid that their children will be behind other children. So they will try to attend different kinds of courses for their babies. I think these parents just feel released since their children already go ahead to attend to the courses but it is their wish only.

I think it is fine if the baby can talk. The problem is the baby cannot say anything. There is nothing wrong if the parents wanted to do more for their kids. But it should be kids and not as young as 19 months old.

Exactly, my friend. The child's developmental milestone varies from one child to another. Since it is still a baby, the learning process is not for having a formal lesson at this point in time.
