How many times a day do you eat?

There are people who simply love eating. The complete meal if im not mistaken is six. These are breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner and midnight snack.
I just take 4 meals a day as I wake up kinda late in the morning. I tried to just do it thrice a day but then i still get hungry. I dont like eating too much because of my weight,
What about you, how many times a day do you eat?

I eat around 5 times a day. In fact I am feeling hungry now. LOL

I am a snacker as I do not like to eat big meals.
Could be around 5 times a day but very small meals.

Regular for us is 3 meals a day. And an extra snack usually in the afternoon or midnight.

I am terrible for maintaining meal times due to the job I used to do. Generally we eat dinner in the evening about 8pm. I never ever used to eat breakfast but I started to have breakfast sometimes. The rest of the time I do not eat or I may have a snack!

Generally two to three. I've been missing breakfast on purpose mostly and then having a late lunch and supper. I might have a small snack in between a few meals but not every day. It's actually better to eat smaller portions more often to keep the metabolism moving rather than the amount of food most people eat at each of the three meals. But, for many jobs some are doing good to have one or two breaks and some don't get lunches so they can't maintain any regular meals until they get days off from work.
It's also best to have the night time snack earlier than midnight especially if the person goes to bed soon after that.

I eat around 3 times a day but past few days i have stomach infection due to which could not take my diet properly
