RAMAN SHARMA Don't use any toothpaste for more than 2 months or change your toothpaste after two months if u will use only one toothpaste in future you could not use another paste.

I was not able to sleep. It is 5:00 am and I'm awake since an hour. So I thought istead of lying on the bed I should do some mylotting. I hope this helps me to grab some sleep later on. How are you all doing?
