Since last night having fever of 104 even after taking medicines it reduced to 102 first shiver alot then fever rises up to 104??

This off season end of winter rain is now becoming something too big to handle. it has been almost 15 days of rain every now and then. As they say, excess of anything is bad and the same applies to rain at present.
