Day 1 cardio workout

I have resumed ny cardio workouts from today. It went well though I lacked the stamina I have built earlier. With practice, I will recover my speed. Now it is zumba or one hour walk which is left for the evening.
I hope I stay consistent and keep achieving my workout goals.

That sounds good and interesting. Zumba would be fun. Are you doing it alone or in a group under some instructor?
