hello mylot happy march 1. today is the day , i'll start a challenge with my self , i'll set a goal which is , i have to lose 15kg in one month and i'll start todayyyyy! 1 march 2019 lets start

NO! This is wrong, losing too much weight in a short term is dangerous for your health and you gain back the kilos lost. Go for a more reasonable target, 4 Kg in one month, it's a good target.

To lose that much that d fast almost would take fasting which can be difficulty for more than one day. I can fast when I'm sick and that's about it. I began a diet in November and then went up instead of down. It's taken me this long to break some bad habits like eating later at night and having larger portions. If you can limit those two things and exercise you may lose 1/3 of your goal in a month but it takes a lot of work.

@didinedhia 90% of what is all about food? Your day? If that's the case, you need to find some other good habits to put in place of the food. Whether you can go outside and walk for a mile or more, or move around in some way inside your house if it's cold outside now. My friend and her husband walk in place for an hour when they watch a particular show in TV. You can buy produce to munch on when you get the munchies rather than chips or whatever it is you tend to stray toward.

So, what do you do to lose some fat? I had a cousin who lost 40 pounds having a diet of high fat foods, no sugar , no carbohydrates.
