Do you have a microwave at home?

After the invention of the stove, the genius behind the microwave mechanism has won the world (because it's something very popular).
However, there are still those people who don't like it very much. Would you be one of them? Or you can't imagine your life without a microwave?

Our current microwave is No.8 since we moved to Canada in 1992. Busy people (like me) need a microwave.

Nope, I do not like microwaves. I have a large toaster oven.

That's funny because I just told my husband last night that if I could only have one kitchen appliance, it would be my microwave. I don't actually cook a lot of things in it, but I use it to defrost frozen foods, reheat, and cook things like pudding that are such a mess to clean when I used a pan on the cook stove.
