Weight loss is something like 90% about what you eat and only a little about the exercise that you do. Of course, if you go from no exercise to working out regularly, you might find the weight comes off more easily!
I started eating more healthily (even though I thought I already ate healthy). Most of it was about paying attention to hidden sugars and fats, and to be more wary of foods that claimed to be healthy. Almost 6 years later, I kept off the 6+ stone that I lost. And I eat more now than I used to, I just eat better!
I didn't take up any more exercise at the beginning but I did start to go to the gym after losing about 3 stone. That was only to tone up, though.

i guess the only way is to eat less bad food, and more good food. but if you already eat good food, then less portions.

diet will help...but weight loss is about working off more than what you take in. exercise is a major part of the formula. even walking in place for 30 minutes each day helps if you're not able to go anywhere to exercise. I would look up easy at home exercises to get some ideas.
as for diet, cut out any foods like soda and processed/prepackaged meals. drink a LOT of water and proportion your food, drink a full glass of water before each meal to help overeating

If you eat half of the food you eat and do not eat much in desserts and cut out snacks and bad food then you may still lose weight. You have to find a program good for you.

I am intrigue by your homebased job. I would love to hear more about it. Well, i guess regarding your weight gain while doing your work you can stand for about 5 mins and do squats if you are just reading something or while sitting down u can do leg raise

Just keep your carbs under 80 and you won't have to do anything else ever again. You'll drop weight so fast you won't even know what's happening.
