Being born in the Great Depression this was never taught in my house.
My parents were immigrant and spoke very little English
I am sure most of my siblings learn about sex from other.
This was or I never heard about talking about sex.
For me at the age of 16 I stared to learn what is going on.
There was no sex education class. This was almost mainly taboo.
Even my sisters had to learn from their friends.
Today is different and wide open on learning.
How did you learn about sex?

@Marty1 Yeah, when a person really does stop, and think, about what it is that actually happens.... body parts.... insertions, fluids..... it really is rather revolting. lol

My Mom had a collection of books on reproduction. I asked her , how babies were made when I was around age 11. She then opened the books and explained it to me. But, I was young and naive and didn't truly understand until later.

I am the oldest grandchild so when I was 4 and seeing all my cousin being born I kind of just figured it out by myself. My mom also didn't hide anything from me, so if I watched a show or movie that was rated R she didn't stop me from watching it because why bother? It didn't turn me into a bad person learning at such a young age, it made me respect adults more and give them privacy.

i don't really know, i kind of just figured it out. my friends and i talked about it in elementary and middle school, but my parents never really had "the talk" with me. I remember being young and there was a "love" scene on tv and i asked my parents "what are they doing?". They told me they were "wrestling in bed" i've since figured out it's NOT wrestling

My parents would not tell me anything so I asked my older brothers and they told me everything I needed to know.

I think from tv and our friends. Today we are free to discuss anything with others which was not possible during our parents periods.
