I get aggregated with my family I am disabled and try to do things on my own but I make a mess . so I have to get there help. I know they want to do it so there be less mess. But things get said that hurts more then be disabled.

What they don't realize is that being disable is not the end of the world. They. Need to let you attempt to do stuff on your own. So what if you make a mess as your family it's their duty to help guide you through hard times

It sucks too knowing you're supposed to be able to depend on them and you can't but also seeing people with happy families and relationships

I totally agree to what you are saying. Some family members pretend to be caring but they are not.

It happens and it hurts. It is good to keep our expectations low and be more self dependent.
