"Orphic" is a new word to me. It has an interesting origin. Some definitions say that it means "relating to Orpheus or Orphism." I enjoyed learning about Greek mythology in high school and reading several of the well-known stories. I don't remember the legend of Orpheus though. I've included a link that tells the basics of the tale. Do any of you know much about Greek mythology?

Wasn't Orpheus the god of the underworld? I don't think my Greek mythology knowledge extends much beyond that. Apart from Achilles. Was he Greek?

Some figures from Greek mythology. I like that word. With my imagination and writing every day always seeking new ideas, I believe my life has become rather orphic.
