Happy Sounds

Sitting out in the screen room a lot of today listening to the sounds of nature. All the birds are pairing off it seems. Looking for nesting spots. Spring is not here yet but it is very close. Mockingbirds, mourning doves, blackbirds, cardinals, robins, thrashers, woodpeckers, and of course the bluebirds of happiness. They have all visited today. I can close my eyes and feel transported to another place with the cool 53 degrees F, sunshine and every now and then I feel a slight breeze. Pretty close to a perfect day. Very therapeutic for sure. Doodles has been out watching the birds building their nests from behind a shrub. lol Here in FL, it sounds like the jungle with the birds chattering first thing in the morning.

@CarolDM Cats love to see what's cooking outdoors. lol. I love the sound of birds, too, and they are a sure sign of spring.

Morning doves have been visiting my deck too. Lately I've also seen a few small little birdies but have no idea what they are. Spring is coming!

I'm glad you can have a wide variety of birds nearby. Where I live is like spring every day, birds are seen and heard every day. My Sunday was fine and Monday is on the way. I hope you have a good week.
