Why are Teens turning to E-Cigarettes
I have seen many young people doing this.
My oldest daughter at one time was doing this told here not in my house.
this was quite a while ago.Not sure if she still doing this.
she lives in GA will never know.lol
I believe this is mostly peer influence.

Still not advisable as it still involve sniffing chemicals.

e-cigs look as addictive as real ones to me - users can't leave them alone

I've never smoked and don't really know the difference in them and regular ones, but I imagine they are unhealthy too.

they're easy to access and they come in flavors that kids/teens would enjoy. that's the problem.

It is a cheeky way to smoke where they shouldn't. Also, they are told it's better for them than smoking, although we all know that probably isn't true.

It is still not good for their health; it is chemical being inhaled.

I know for awhile there was some hype around that they were healthier than the usual kind. But now they are saying that it is unknown - since people haven't been using them long enough to prove if they are better or not.
They have since made them illegal indoors. You were wise to say no to daughter.

When they first showed up, they were the next big thing... AND SAFE! I don't know what is true and what isn't but I don't like the idea of inhaling anything!
