We just finished our family badminton game. It was with no rules and just for fun sake. Five of us were there.. Me, my husband, my younger daughter, nephew and his wife. We booked the court for two hours.
A game of shuttle really needs a lot of stamina and fitness. I couldn't play for more than 10 minutes and took break a few times. I relaxed and mylotted.
Husband was a little annoyed with that.
Now we all are tired and sweaty. We are on our way to home. I missed my elder one. She loves badminton.
We picked some fresh ripe papayas on the way. We are all hungry. I am happy that I finished cooking before coming here. So we all will reach home and have our brunch and these papayas.
It was a good fun exercise today.

I go for 3_4 kms in morning for 3_4 days in a week. Tomorrow is my walking day.

We don't have so much fun when we do other exercise. And this is a good way to bond.

Badminton has always been my favorite kind of exercise. I haven't played much since I started having problems with my knees, and I miss it sometimes. Today I choose other kinds of exercise. I love to dance and my husband and I take long walks with our dog.

@arunima25 I loved skipping when I was younger. I used it as exercise sometimes. Yes, dancing is great. I love music and dancing is the perfect type of exercise for me.

It happens. I used to love skipping but now I have quit it with age. Even with badminton I am not so quick. Dance is a wonderful exercise. I love to dance.

Glad you had fun with family. I missed playing badminton. There were times that I booked a court with friends for an hour of fun and exhaustion.

@arunima25 I love tennis the most of all. I didn't start playing it until after my second child was born. I am the worst golfer on the face of the earth, but love being out on the beautiful golf courses and eating afterwards.. Mini golf if more my speed.

Tennis also needs good fitness and strength. I never played golf. It is an expensive game here. We sometimes play mini golf in few adventure park.

That is a lot of physical activity. I do some stretching exercises every day and walk around 2 kms and sometimes 4.

@arunima25 yes that can happen, but the current spring time is one of the best for outdoor activity before it starts getting too hot, especially during the day time.

That is good. I devote one hour in the morning daily for my exercise and I keep some variety. I need it to stay active through out the day. If I miss it, I feel very lethargic on those days.

I do not ever want to gain that weight back. I can look at food and not feel anything for it. I exercise during the week and on Saturday I rest from them.

Yes it was fun. Walk is a good relaxing exercise. I love it. Today a went for a long 4 km walk in the morning with my husband.

Yes , I do my exercise and meditation program which starts from 5 a.m and ended at 6.30 a.m. It includes jogging, stretching and some freehand exercises.

I used to be an athlete in student life and thinking of it now is a SHAME
I am regular to exercise but I can't match stamina of my husband. My elder daughter is into sports but she had to miss it.
Luckily there was my younger one who was equally bad and we had each other's company.

I was very athletic during student life. But now a days I am not in any games. When I play it as part of family games, I pant in just 10 minutes. I was worst of all and that pacified my younger one as at least she was better than me.
My elder one is too good with sports and we missed her today.

That is a wonderful exercise. It is my favorite and I do brisk walk for 3_5 kms on few days of week. Tomorrow is my walking day.
