Do mylot discussions with pictures get more responses?

I just had this random thought in my mind as I noticed that some discussions had pics and others did not? Adding a picture is usually good of it adds to the discussion. Does it also make the discussion more noticeable? Does that make it more interactive and get more responses? What has been your experience?

I think having a picture is better for a discussion. At least it will be much more attractive.

If a discussion has a picture in it people might comment on the picture rather than the discussion.

Having a picture in a discussion may boost the views but doesn't mean it will increase responses.
