What is your go to food when you need something but don't know what?

I really hate it when I know I want something to eat to get rid of an urge but can't figure out what I want. Sometimes, I will go through so many different things before actually getting satisfied. This is where I am today. I have eaten more things the last two days and still do not feel satisfied. What is your favorite food when you get like this or I should say, IF you ever get like this.

something i can stuff straight into my mouth like bread, cookies, chocolate, which i should refrain from. sometimes a banana, which i should do more often.

Sometimes I cannot decide. I try different foods. I like to heat up chicken nuggets to dip in duck sauce, sometimes some frozen pizza and other times I bake myself a potato that I have with cream cheese.

My go to food is either chocolates or icecream. If I am not satisfied with anything these two will make me happy.

I love ice cream to and we usually have it a couple times at night during the week. I have mine in a cup but my husband needs a big bowl. All I need is a taste and I am happy.

I sometimes fill up on water also to get that feeling of picking many different things. At least the water will fill me up for awhile.

Mostly we eat the same thing all of the time. like to have one thing twce a month and that go to food s. Pork spare ribs.

Thanks for mentioning pork spare ribs as I love them but don't think of them often. We eat a lot of pork here and usually cook it in the crock pot. It gets so tender that way.

Chocolate is my go-to food. Always chocolate. But I'm really making a conscious effort to try and eat healthier, so lately it's been blueberries. Any time I get hungry, I reach for blueberries first to satisfy my cravings.

My favorite foods for quick satisfaction of snacking urges are often (though definitely not limited to) burritos, polish or Vienna sausages, or some sort of snack cake (like a Star crunch)
