The other day at the homeless center some one drop off tons of apples.
Mike said they had a hard time trying to get rid of them.
He took a big bag full for the food pantry here.
I took a half a dozen and made apple pie this morning.
Not sure what type of apples they are.Yellow?
Our vegetarian friends coming for dinner tonight.
This will be their desserts.
We are serving stuffed shells with ricotta cheese.

Yellow skinned apples ?? Don't think that I have ever seen that variety of apples. Will have to watch to see if anyone else knows??

@GreatMartin.I cannot read Martin.Just bake the pie.Everything is scratch except for the pie crust.
