I know how to make ice cream. I do not have an ice cream pail but I will use the refrigerator and a liquidiser. I will be using milk powder, butter, sugar and ofcourse mango pulp. I may have to add water to get a good consistency. After it is ready,iIt is kept in the refrigerator and put back in the liquidiser thrice for it to form perfectly. It is summer here and time for ice creams and fruit juices

It's still pretty cold here, but I like to make vanilla ice cream at home also in winter. No butter, only dairy cream, eggs, sugar and real vanilla.

Mango ice cream is not with eggs, butter because the milk here is very weak.

That's great but I don't think I have the patience to make homemade ice cream right now, the heat was simply unbearable this afternoon so I just bought half a gallon and some cones and ate it with my family inside our room with the aircon in full blast

@louievill Our mangoes are harvested before they turn ripe on the tree as birds will peck at them. I have help around to do the tedious part of ice cream making (lol)

@allknowing our mangoes are also just falling in our roof and the roof of our garage but I have to wait when it's almost sundown before I can retrieve it, we turn them to Philippine style ice candy. Something with the heat makes me lazy and impatient. I can't wait for my wife to make the ice candy then wait to freeze so it ends up as evening dessert.

I bought some mangoes at the store the other day. These are the yellow ones and I have not had them before. The kind I usually buy are green with red cheeks. I love mangoes and I imagine your icecream would be good.

I also like to make my own ice cream and I tried to use fresh mangoes to make ice cream. I must say that DIY ice cream tastes really good. It is better than any brands.

Very easy to make It should blend perfectly and that is why it is returned to the fridge thrice after mixing.
