So frustrating blackout yesterday

Yesterday, I was not able to do some activities here. There was sudden blackout in our location, not all parts in the city. They replaced almost to decay posts and about to rust , rot or damaged electrical wiring the electricians repaired to avoid serious problems in this very hot season.
It started 7 in the morning and ended 9 in the evening. My niece with her kids moved to a cheaper hotel .They kept on crying due to very hot climate. They came back at 9:30 in the evening when current came back. I just stayed at home with my human fan hehehehe. I sat near the window facing the wide ocean to avail of the breeze and wind' privileges from the waves rushing to the shore, so inviting. I didn't swim afraid of the burn.
While we suffer here extreme madness of the heat of summer fun, yours there a chilling spree your sun cannot overrule.
Thanks, chill !

@maclanis,Hi? Thanks.Nice meeting you here. You are definitely right, blackout effects are so annoying and frustrating for we cannot do many things in the net, and only to feel the extreme heat especially in the country where I live so hot this time.

@LadyDuck, you are lucky my friend. Without air cons an electric fans many would surely have heatstroke, headache and other sicknesses. We always drink at home, water, juices, fruit salads and others to avoid getting sick due to extreme temperature.

So, your house is near the sea, Ms. Erly? Anyway, your brownout was for a good reason. If the rotten poles were left not replaced, brownouts might be longer during the typhoon season if they were toppled. You should have spent the time going fishing hahaha!

A few days ago we became part of the three hour rotation brown out. I don't mind I'm used to it, but my grandma can't stand it specially the heat.

I hope there'll be no more blackouts in your area because it would be so uncomfortable for the kids; as well as for adults.

@acelawrites , don't you experience blackout in your area? That sudden blackout was the reparing, changing and replacing of posts, wires and others.
