WHERE DO YOU THINK REAL ESTATE IS GOING?

Real estate has been on the decline in 2006. Do you think it will stabilize? When? Do you think interest rates will decline again below 6%. How long? Do you think the presidential election will affect the real estate market?

This is a good question but I just don't know. I am hoping it will still be a buyer's market in spring of 2007.
