i'd rather settle in a house coz you really feel that it's yours. you don't to share parking spaces, stairs or elevators. during calaminities you can easily run out of the house without bumping in to your neighbors in the condo.

meeshee1 Darn right. We did that with noisy neighbors once. We put the speakers RIGHT next to their room and turned them on FULL BLAST! Then we shut the door, left it on, and went in the other room to sleep.
