meeshee1 CONGRATS TO YOU!! I am so glad to hear it's working for you. I want to try it but I don't have insurance and I heard it's pretty expensive. I really want to try this stuff.. It's SOO hard to quit. Keep up the good work!! :)

meeshee1 If you live in a place where your neighbors can hear you making coffee, you definitely need to move anyway. That is absolutely NO noise reduction or privacy whatsoever!!

meeshee1 Darn right. We did that with noisy neighbors once. We put the speakers RIGHT next to their room and turned them on FULL BLAST! Then we shut the door, left it on, and went in the other room to sleep.
