Hello everyone.not a good day for me.finally get around here.
Do you eat too quickly.I for one do not.A very slow eater.
I take my time in eating and chewing
everyone is done before me.Not sure if they get impatient with me on this.
As I got older and my appetite has changed dramatically.
Most are done before me as I drag on in eating.
now the question is.do you think my guest is annoy with me on this.
This is the same way going out to dinner.
Everyone seems to inhale their food. Not sure why.But do see this most of the time.
I eat slow, some eat fast ,how about you. slow, fast ,medium
Have a good evening.

I don’t think I eat to slow but I don’t eat fast either. I have a small mouth. So I guess I eat at a normal speed for myself. Although my husband some forget that he isn’t at his moms house any more and will eat too fast and other times he eats at his own speed.

@amadeo yes. I already don’t have a gallbladder so my system already has changed for that part.

I am the last one too. I eat slow, because I actually chew my food.

I eat slow too, I used to have a friend at work we would go out to lunch and three bites he was done. The other ladies would still be eating. He told us we eat to slow.
My father does the same thing eats very fast like he is starving.

I learned my lesson ages ago when I chocked and almost lost my life. Since then I panic whenever I have to swallow anything large. So I eat slow and make sure everything goes down just fine.

I use to eat faster, I remember once coming home from the Marine Corps about 20 family members went out to eat. I got my food and finished it before some even got their food. I have slowed down over the years as it is not good to eat that fast.

I like the aroma of food when cooking. Sometimes, when we walk around the neighborhood, we try to guess what viands are being concocted in the neighborhood kitchens. We could identify most good enough.
Yup, I eat slowly now. Mastication is necessary when the body ages, I think, The digestive system is not that strong anymore. Chewing helps.

Sometimes slow, sometimes quick, depending on my mood and the time that I have.
