Do you eat while you are cooking?

This is one of my habits while I cook: I can't cook if I'm not eaten or trying my own recipe. 
I just can not help it... Even if someone complains to me. It's something stronger than me, because I even think of not eating or experiencing anything... But I always fail, haha!

No, I will lose my appetite when it's time to eat what I made, maybe just taste

Not usually, but when I make omelets for people, I rarely have one myself. I piece from the ingredients so much I'm usually not hungry anymore. lol
