It is quite weird that she often asks for a leave during the work time.
This afternoon, as "usual", she asks for a leave again like yesterday afternoon.
I don't know what she's going to do but just leaving a pile of papers to be done.
We just had a weekly meeting this morning, then usually it will be much work to be arranged.
I hardly have time to get up from my chair to have some water...ever get a stretch for myself.
Do you think she wants to leave office?
What's the sign if someone wants to leave office.

I think there could be many reasons why she wants to leave the office, from professional to personal.
You do not mention whether the person is a manager or a member of staff; but if they are leaving the office and actually they do not have permission, they should be having a chat with their manager.
Certainly in the jobs I have been in, that would have been a case of a formal meeting about an employees ability to discharge their duties.

That might be a signal for that. But still it is not professional and one should make her understand. Till she actually quits officially, she is being paid and should work well.

She is a lazy employee or perhaps does not like to work there anymore. She should be investigated by the head.

@Behindtheguitarbar that's nice at least she realized it's hard to find a job this time due to global crises and competitions.

well, still the same, but no more leaves now. Glad that the work could be arranged by two people.
