Do you sleep too late?

When it comes to sleep hygiene... Would you say you do it effectively?
Most of medical experts say that it takes at least 8 hours of sleep to re-establish all the energies to face the next day.
Although not everyone follows this rule, they still feel good. But it's a fact that many people sleep just a little bit during the night. Would you be one of them?

@didinedhia Yes, I know you're right, but since I need money, I'm trying to stay here late into the night and it's a problem for me.

@Nevena83 oh that's why?? !! money is a reall problem ! all im thinking during the day is money money how i can make alot of money to live the life like i want it

@didinedhia I can't sleep more than that at a time, so the nap helps.

@WiseGhots somehow yes. I just wake up at 6am because my husband wakes up that early or his work.

6 hour. I used to be able to sleep 8 hours and even longer. But now if I get to sleep 6 hours, that's a good night for me.

I never have a definite time for going to bed. If I got to bed later I just sleep a bit longer.

I try to get more sleep but I wake up a lot in the night to go to the bathroom and have a hard time falling asleep after I get up and when I go to sleep it takes awhile for me to fall asleep.

I try to get between 6-8 hours each night but I am not always successful. Here lately I have been going to sleep a little later & waking up at 6:30-7 and I don't enjoy it.

I only slept a few hours last night. Wishing I could go back to sleep but the construction noise outside is keeping me awake

8 Hours of sleep would be awesome. I try to get to sleep between 11 and midnight and I have to be up by 6 am. The issue is I hardly ever sleep more than 2 hours in a row, I wake up and then I am up for at least 30 minutes trying to fall back to sleep just to wake up within 2 hours to try again. So if I fall asleep by 11 and alarm goes off at 6 I might if I'm lucky get 6 hours of sleep due to waking in the middle of the night but average I get about 5 hours. I have been doing it for a long time so I guess my body is use to it.
