Probably You already heard about this technique which stimulates the faster growth of hair, because Youtube is filled with videos demonstrating how this method works. In fact, some women claim that this method makes their hair grow an inch per week! If You are one of those who is not happy with slow growth of hair, then you can give a chance to this simple trick. It is called Inversion method which means being in an inverted position for a period of time while you are massaging or brushing your scalp. You can keep yourself in this position for 2-3 mins.Your entire body doesn’t need to be inverted, only your head to increase the blood-flow and circulation of your scalp and hair follicles. You can even lean your head off the side of your bed, sit in a chair, leaning your head forward.BUT if you are suffering from high or low blood pressure, heart-related problems, migraines, spinal injury, osteoporosis, hernia better to avoid trying this method. Personally I do this trick 2-3 times a week. An inch per week is not that I achieved, but my hair certainly started to grow much faster than before.

I have no problems with my hair growing but I would like to have more hair. I don't know if I can try this method as I have very low blood pressure.

Perhaps with low blood pressure it would be undesirable. Try hot oil treatment with nice massage. Oil is per your choice. There are plenty varieties of hair oil in the market. Personally I like to use coconut and onion oils.

@nela13 yeah coconut oil is the most widely used oil for hair. You can also try Castor and almond oil. There are plenty of oils which are good for scalp and hair growth

@Julie555 No, I do not need to see my hair grow faster, it's enough as it grows, even too much.

@LadyDuck well faster growth is much better than slow one. Especially for impatient women
