Sweltering Days

We haven't got rain for almost a month but we haven't seen signs of grass getting dry. It still looks green and fresh. What has changed is the weather getting warmer, especially between 10 am - 4 pm. I clock out 4 pm during this month but most of the employees leave the office half an hour later. The capital city, due to having lots of high buildings, is notorious for its sweltering days, especially during dry season. How is it going in your areas?

It's too hot here as well. Its peak summer time , trying to avoid to got out as much as possible
