When people follow me I follow back. I like to do this. In this way I can see the activity of my followers. And I can answer to their discussions easily. But I am not always following back. If I don't know the person or if I haven't interacted with him/her I don't follow immediately. Do you follow back when someone follows you?

Sometimes I recognize the name immediately because I already talked the person several times, when that happens I follow back when I read the notification. If I don't recognize the name I visit the profile and read some of the discussions before I decide if I want to follow back.

@dya80dya Yes,,but not always.I first visit their posts. If their posts are too long,I don't follow them back, because I know I would not be able to respond to their posts due to lack of time.

Some times, I don’t fallow everyone that fallows me. I usually wait and see if they have popped on more then one of my own discussions and then I fallow then back. Or if I see they have a lot of post that’s I’m interested in commenting on then I fallow them.

It is easy to do that here. If they follow me I look at my followers list and see what their bio says and then follow them too. I do not follow those who are following way too many people and who have no bio.
