We finally got the power supply back after 25 hours, at 1 AM last night and that also After so much of protest by people. There is some issues between The Builders and The Electricity Department related to money, but all that who had to suffer was Us - the Common people
I couldn't sleep because of it for 1 day but now I had a good sleep and back here.
How's your day going??

25 hours is too much of time without power! Here at our place when we have storms and rains the power get fails and it takes some days to get the power back as it takes lot of time to repair. But despite that we never suffered a lot like you suffered!
We have inverter back up and also Generator back up! I can understand that how can one feel without electricity in the Urban concrete jungle in summer!
All is well that ends well....since the differences between the Electricity Board and the Builder got resolved now you won't be subjected to any more troubles!

Oh yeah that's too much. I never faced this ever in my life. If this kept happening, then I'll surely go for a generator backup too
We have Invertor only right now. Though someone hired a generator in neighbourhood that time but then after 1hour the supply was back.
Let's see, as the Builder was away for a few days, when he comes back what happens

@florelway The Builders had issues with the electricity department.. And that's why they didn't repair the problem

I can understand the frustration when there is no power and that too for so long. Over that temperature is extreme in many parts of the world and is becoming unbearable day by day. You keep yourself hydrated enough for your fitness in this hot summer. Electricity will get normal in coming day's

That's uneasy and discomfortable for a day's out of power. Life becomes inconvenient without electricity.

@ShifaLk Business is business. It shouldn't mingle it with personal problem. You see many have been affected.

I am sorry to hear that no power sucks especially when it’s hot!
