No More Flood Warnings

Since temps rose to 50 degrees F this past March and snow melted overnight with massive flooding, there has been a warning across the bottom of the screen on the local weather channel since. It would give the time frame for when the flood water would be below flood stage for the river, yet we always got more rain, raising the level again.
Yesterday, when I watched the weather, I noticed for the first time in several months no mention of flood warnings anywhere. It's good to know we are finally out of flood stage in Wisconsin and wonder how long it will last. I hope we've seen the last of the flood warnings this year.
Is your state still showing flooding? Thanks for reading.

Yes, we have flood warnings here. Not so much for this county, but in the area.

We're blessed that we are not in a flood zone, but many Mississippians are having severe flooding.

@TheHorse When we hit the 50s in March with all the snow we had and it melted fast, it flooded everywhere. Then the rains came, and the floods continued not having a chance to completely recede.
I'm sure we're technically not in a flood zone, but we had major flooding this year.

I don't watch a regular thing therefore I've not seen any warnings. I have watched our Rivers go up and down around here though and for a while there were a lot of roads closed because of it. It wouldn't take many days off rain to get them up again but I think they are doing fine at present.
Now if we'd see a little higher temps that would be nice too. You may like it in the cool side. My husband certainly does.

Sems to be happening everywhere really- but yes it could come back unless these high waters dry up a bit and we don't get more rain.

@MarymargII It would be nice and give the lakes and rivers a chance to go down to normal levels.

@just4him Well, lets at least hope it's dry for a good long time. But you're right I don't think it will last.
