I learned one thing with the new microwave have to use the microwave setting on it to pop popcorn or it burns burned one bag made another one and came out perfect. This microwave is higher wattage than our old one and it did not have no popcorn button. The only thing we have to learn now is how to do our baked potatoes because that is how we made our bake potatoes.

I do not have a microwave. I have a large toaster oven and the settings on that are quite high so a baked potato takes 90 minutes to bake. Popcorn I do myself in a kettle.

@Tina30219 My oldest son wanted a hard boiled egg in a hurry one morning and thought microwaving it would work. The outcome was not pretty.

I have a microwave oven. It is used mainly to heat the items. But I made chicken recipes for three times in this microwave during my 10 years of married life.

When I put popcorn in the microwave; I just put on the timer. I take the popcorn out when it stops popping.
