Fried eggs

I must thank @CarolDM for this one, yesterday I saw her post about "Eggs in a hole" and the picture looked... delicious! So I tried to make it myself and now I'm in love . This is probably the best way to have fried eggs, adding some cheese and tomatoes only compliments them. Very, very tasty and simple to make, and the toasted, buttered bread is awesome. So, thank you, Carol, can't wait to make some more .

@Kasjnak That does sound good. I have not made a friend egg sandwich in a long time. I have thought of it. I want to make salmon cutlet and then have them to eat cold also.

When it comes to food, I'm always willing to try something new and simple things are usually great . Now I'll search for new recipes .

Not sure about that, but I saw a recipe that had fried eggs, bacon and celery with mayo, it looked awesome .

I was sure they will be, but didn't expect them to be that good . I'll try to add some spices or other ingredients, maybe I'll get something even better .

Fried eggs, buttered toast, tomatoes and sheep cheese. Add a little bacon and heaven is near .
