My Phone Stuck In Headphone Mode.

One of the worst nightmares you can come across with your electronic gadgets is the last night everything was fine, but in the morning your world is about to drown. Something that happened with me a few days ago, I was watching a movie on my cell phone with the headphones plugged in, later just pulled them out and kept my phone aside and went to sleep. I never got to take my phone till late afternoon the next day so I wasn't aware of what had gone wrong with it last night after I had pulled out the headphones off the jack. I tried to dial a call, the call was being accepted from the other end but I couldn't hear the voice what the other person was saying but he could hear me loud and clear. Even after several calls the problem persisted, frustrated as to what just happened in one night, everything was working fine last night. You just can't explain the uneasiness you have to go through if something like this happens with you unexpectedly and when you become aware of the problem and you try everything that is in your reach but still nothing happens is more frustrating. I realized that my phone had stuck into headphone mode, a situation where the phone keeps itself in headphone mode even if the headphones are removed a reason of which you can't hear anything from the phones speaker. You will see the headphone logo on the upper screen of the mobile even if you have pulled out the headphones, this happens because of many reasons either its dust or the headphone jack pins have stuck inside. In my case it was the headphone jack pins had been stuck inside and there was nothing I could do about it but get it replaced locally as the warranty had expired. Believe me it just takes one night, this has happened with my computer also just last night it was fine the next day its dead not working.
