I been away here whole morning. I been to Union Bank for I am scheduled to have a discussion with the bank manager regarding the over deduction of my on line saving. They got 50% of what I deposited there via Pay Pal from the on line writing sites that I got into.
To make the story short, after the discussion, the manager declared ERROR, Yay, I am so much pleased with the down to earth service of the bank manager. My big salute to you Mr. Banker .
The bank refunded me. The error made was, it was not 3, 6345 as bank charge for a one year service , but only 635 pesos.Just imagine thatHuh! what a displeasing feeling before it was resolved.
Thank you peps for reading. I hope you feel what I feel. I am so overwhelmed of my triumph in this bank's battle. Hurray!

@infatuatedbby , yes, girl. I am so happy now. You know, it is not an easy job to work on line. We spend all our nerves. It is not easy to think our hard earned money will land like that into ERROR. What a dismay of feeling if it was not resolved. I am so inspired now. It is indeed a must to bring our voice of concern to every failure or discrepancy made. We have to fight every battle no matter what kind. It is not good to just accept defeat for those who wrong us for they won't be corrected and continue doing havoc to anyone.

@cacay1 You bet, we have to fight for what we know is wrong until we succeed. Glad you were able to prove them wrong that it was infact an error

@infatuatedbby , yes my pretty friend. I have the gut to prove to the bank they were wrong and that they must not do it to others who do not like to surface in a battle to fight for a right.

@cacay1 It is important that you did not sign anything yet so you will have no problem contesting it. The problem lies on those that sign that paper. I think it is good that in case you file a formal complaint you should do it in groups. The more complainant the better is your chances of being heard by the court than fighting on your own.

@rsa101, hehehehe, I am a fighter for life. We have to know and not just act like a deaf-mute. I am so happy the bank manager accepted their failure. They returned my saving direct to the ATM in the amount of 3,000. I was told to check it in my ATM in their machine just beside their bank. I am so pleased with the kindness of the bank manager. The other bank DPB, despite they already got the money, but I will continue my fight. I have to see the lawyer in our university to consult the matter. There will be many of us to appear the lawyer. The battle is ongoing my friendThank you so much for your moral support in words.

@JustBhem, so true Bhem, I feel proud of myself for being persistent. It is not easy to work on line, plus that is my money, hard earned money. despite I am so tired from my whole day work in school, but I still allot some hours to do on line job to have some savings. I have to save, you know, I am singleand there's no one who can help me financially except myself.

@SIMPLYD me too,did not reach the payout, it is not 350 as bank charge this year it increases to 600 plus. Try to check your yahoo mails , Pay Pal sent us emails informing about their new policy. We are part of their new policy. Other countries like USA, not included in their new policy. There are only few countries exempted to PP new policies. For every 500 PP charged us 50 pesos, this time 100 plus, so if our on line earning is small it cannot be transferred to our affiliated bank like Union bank and BPI bank.

@SIMPLYD, it is because that was my first application in the renewal, I dunno how much it would be. There will be many changes this time.Let us just wait how much would pay pal charge us after July 15. Try to observe if received your pay here in Mylot and request transfer of your fund.

@simone10, thank you so much Sharon for feeling me. I am so glad I won that kind of battle. It was at first hard for me. That is not so big money, but that was fruit of my labor writing on line even so tired from my active work. We need to have many jobs. In your country, many have two jobs, three jobs or more as long as body okay hehehe.

Yaaay! Hurray.. I'm sure this made your day. But what if people did not react to this. Will the bank be responsible enough to look into the error by themself? Certainly, NO! I'm not saying it as SCAM, but they should be careful, right?
I'm so happy dear. This is your birthday gift.. a very nice gift. Hi-Five!

@cacay1 That's so nice and brave of you to fight with them for what you deserve. I appreciate that, dear!
I understand that on the bank part. It's easy to say. But, only when we're in a situation like yours, we will know how tough it was to let those hard-earned money go like that error.

@smileyhema , I am so happy that I won the fight in this bank, Union Bank, but sad to say, I failed my fight in the other bank, Development Bank of the Philippines. My money that was taken there bigger that Union Bank. It is more than that till this time I spend sleepless nights.

@smileyhema, there are many problems of banks this time. There are many scammers, and skimmers. That might be the reason why they shifted to erroneous digits. I am so thankful that UB accepted their fault. That was man made and right away corrected because I was there to fight my right to know and win. I did win?Hurray!

@CookieMonster46, thank you Jelly, yes I won that battle. I felt so proud of myself. It was hard, but I need to fight for my right, unless no reason or proof at all. I am thankful for the bank manager for being honest that there was an error made.

@cperry2 , Thank you, Clint. It was a scary moment going alone to that kind of battle in the bank. I thought I would be defeated. I was so thankful the bank manager was so kind and explained to me everything regarding the commission of error. I am relieved.

@cperry2 at least the manager is human, if not they won't swallow their pride. This day, I read a breaking news, 76 bankers in Iceland sentenced to 75 years in prison for doing bank frauds. I also watched a video a woman working abroad and had saved a lot in a bank , Banco de Oro. She was shocked and sobbed so hard when saw zero saving in her account in BDO. There are many cases like this other victims did not anymore air and care for they feel they are helpless. In my case, I will never be silent and give up my right. I hope the said lady can recover her money which even the BDO does not know how it happens.
