I’m melting

The past few days have been very warm and humid here. Today was the worst. We hit 88F, which isn’t so bad, but it felt like 109F. Our air conditioner has been running almost nonstop this afternoon. Thankfully, it’s chugging along. Yesterday I set up the pool in anticipation. The little kids ended up spending 2 hours out there splashing around and at least an hour today. I laid back on the lounge reading a book. The shade and slight breeze was pleasant. Tomorrow we are looking forward to a change with cooler temperatures, but with that will come some rain. The picture above are my children enjoying the water.
