hi everyone...
i'm a reflexologist and also specialized in natural nutrition.
i would be happy to share my knowledge and tips with you...
my first tip is for everyone: every morning drink lemon juice ( half cup)
and a spoon of olive oil before you eat or drink anything.

How would you make the lemon juice? Juice of half a lemon and some water?

sorry, i didn't explain.
squeeze a half lemon juice with 1 cup of broiled water and mix them together.
before that, don't forget to take the olive oil.
this treatment will help your body to clean himself from toxin.
