I'm one of the Dean's Lister!!

I know I seldom visit mylot these past few weeks, but I just can't contain my happiness and feel like I want to share it here. I still can't believe that I'm on the Dean's List, which is an academic award or honor roll, and to be honest I wasn't really aiming for it. Not that I'm not grateful for it, because I really am, I just not expecting it, for someone like me who isn't really brainy. Anyway, I haven't told my parents about it, and I don't think they have an idea what it means to be on a dean's list. They might thought dean's list is for someone who got suspended in school lol.

@DWDavis the scholarship from my school is really a big help for us, students and parents. More than 60% off to the regular fees.

Thank you! It really did paid off, I guess it's a good thing that I have scholarship to maintain. In that way, I'm required to maintain a grade.

Thanks! I did tell themand explain it, I'm not sure if my father understand it but I know he'll be proud. While my mom, we went to an orientation where the Dean's lister was mentioned to congratulate us so she had an idea about it.

Thanks! I told them already. My mom and I went to an orientation from school where the said dean's lister was mentioned. I was teasing her that I'm one of those and she just smiled at me. We weren't really the type who tells to each other how proud we are.
