How to cope up with depression?

Last April, I lost my mother due to colon cancer. Actually, 5days before my birthday. I thought it would be easy to move on if I will make my day busy. I tried so hard to forget it but it felt like it happen yesterday. Before, I sleep or when i wake up I see her face. We misses her so much. It's more re two months but the feelings, the pain is so fresh.

I lost my father 5 years ago and can feel the same as you at that time. Your mom is an angel now. In time, you will accept it.
