Where has my money gone?

Before I spent on anything I remembered how much I had on me. I bought a few things: snacks, e-money card for tickets. and many others I couldn't remember. I was wondering how much I had it left,so, I checked. Alas! What did I spend my money on? Jotting it down, I knew where it went. Did you ever wonder where your bucks had gone?

that happened to me, too, recently. i thought what i bought would only be about 500 to 600 pesos. i was shocked when the total on the cash register was almost 800 so i took out all the money i had and was left with just coins! hahaha!

It happens at times when you have a very limited budget but you lost count on the items you have purchased. You realised you have come overboard when you are in the cashier already and is ready to pay.

@LadyDuck, there is no problem in your case for people abroad purchase all in a credit card, in Asian countries only few are holders of a credit card, so usually money in cash is spent during shopping. I have two credit cards but I surrendered the other one owned by Union Bank. I was afraid of their bank error again.

@LadyDuck, I got this knowledge when I toured in Auckland and had stop overs in other countries people paid through a credit card which is much safe and better.

It's difficult to spend a hard earned money without a budget. We always have our budget and we spend our money within the budget.

I'm usually good with money. When I've been on a really tight budget, I've written down every penny that was spent. When talking for family, I said we couldn't afford to buy a car at the moment. My other half said we could if I stopped spoiling our children and grandchildren! It's not true! I do sometimes wonder what I've spent money on but I rarely over-spend.

It happens to everyone, just buy a few things and all the cash you had which seemed like a lot at the time vanishes, but after calculating everything you purchased, you find out nothing is missing
